Supre (Cotton On Group), Melbourne
I was lucky enough to work for one of Australia’s most iconic fashion retailers, Supre. As Digital Marketing Specialist, I managed the SEO strategy and implementation, including updating page metadata, planning and building blog content, implementing correct page structures, and providing recommendations around product and category naming. I project managed the re-platform of four websites and other digital projects, always maintaining a ‘customer first’ mindset. I also managed the weekly website reporting and data analysis, providing actionable insights to the wider Supre team.
Working with the team at Supre gave me the opportunity to think creatively in what is traditionally quite a technical role. I learnt about the importance of creating a strong brand identity and how this translates across all customer touch-points, and how lots of small changes can drive big results.

Born and bred in England, Karen Millen is known globally for creating beautifully crafted fashion for confident women who know their own style. At Karen Millen, I managed the Australian website including forecasting and meeting online sales targets, running digital marketing campaigns and monitoring website KPI's.
Whistles is a contemporary women's and men's fashion brand, based in London. At Whistles, I worked across digital marketing and CRM (Customer Relationship Management). This involved working across all digital marketing channels including email marketing, SEM/SEO, display advertising, Facebook advertising and website reporting, as well as pulling customer insights based on in store and online shopping behaviour.
